• Administration & Finance

Goal: Provide effective financial, administrative and managerial services to Nganmarriyanga Community.

Staff: Town Clerk, Finance Manager, Administration Assistant, Front Office Attendent.

• Housing

Goal: Provide the community of Nganmarriyanga with safe, functional and livable housing.

Staff: Housing Manager, Assistant Maintenance Officer x 2.

• Parks Gardens& Sanitation

Goal: Provide the community of Nganmarriyanga with a relable sanitation service and effective maintenance of the community parks and gardens.

Staff: Supervisor, two team leaders and seven CDEP participants.

• Civil Work

Goal: Provide the community and homelends with serviceable roads and civil works.

Staff: Nganmarriyanga Council and Palumpa Station workers.

• Essential Services

Goal: Provide safe, reliable and functioal essential services to Nganmarriyanga community.

Staff: Essential Services Officer, Assistant Essential Services Officer.

• Horticulture

Goal: Develop and operate a market garden and orchard to supply Nganmarriyanga and surrounding communities with fresh, affordable fruit and vegetables.

Staff: Horticulture Assistant x 2.

• Store

Goal: Provide the community of Nganmarriyanga and nearby homelands with a reliable, consistent and reasonalbly priced source for groceries and other supplies.

Staff: Store Manager, Register Operators x 3, Store Person.
